Overview
Han starter som stripklub-ejer i 70'erne, men får for alvor succes, da han begynder at udgive pornobladet "Hustler". Men da "Hustler"s alt andet end stuerene porno falder moralens vogtere for brystet, bliver han sagsøgt og idømmes 25 års fængsel. Sammen med sin advokat Alan Isaacman tager han kampen for ytringsfriheden op i utallige retssager over hele USA. Samtidig følger vi Flynts forhold og senere ægteskab med stripperen Althea.
